Meet Hailey!! Hailey is a Boise ID native! When she was very young she moved to Billings Montana and then later to Olympia Washington. After that she moved back to Boise, ID to attend Boise State University where she pursued a degree in Spanish. After graduating she realized her heart was in Industrial and Organizational Psychology.
When asked what she’s passionate about, Hailey replied “It is hard to pick just one thing, but I’d say learning encompasses many of my passions. I love learning new things both personally and professionally; you can find me reading professional development books often (if you are looking for a good one try Radical Candor or Fierce Conversations), attending parenting seminars so I can continue showing up as a better mom (Simply on Purpose is one of my favorites), learning about new cultures through traveling especially international travel, and overall learning new skills such as golf, tennis or skiing.” When Hailey isn’t helping to grow and drive culture, you can find her spending quality time with her husband and kids, traveling, and trying out new local food spots..
