Optimistic, Extroverted, Passionate, and Hungry for both food and knowledge are a few ways Mat describes himself. He grew up locally in Boise, ID where he also graduated from Boise State University with a Degree in Communication. His favorite classes focused on being a fantastic presenter! When Mat isn’t finding new ways to help people learn and love where they work, you can find him watching sports, running or playing board games with his wife.
- 3 things you personally love? My Family (wife Ketti, daughter Lily and son Mekhi) Sports, and Board Games.
- Why do you love what you do at Quest Groups? I believe everyone should love what they do and where they do it. To me, Learning and Development gets to help make sure people have the tools and skills they need to be successful at their job, and that clears the way to really love what you do. L&D also helps make sure people know why we do what we do, and that opens the door to love WHERE we work.
- What are you most passionate about? Creating a healthy culture!
